Welcome to the Vienstil Shipping Policy. We ship orders to customers across the United States and are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and transparent delivery experience. This policy explains our processing times, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, carrier information, tracking details, and other important shipping information.

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT-6), Monday through Friday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays and Wyoming public holidays.
Please note: During peak periods, such as US federal holidays, promotional events, or seasonal surges, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control may also affect the final delivery date.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, Alaska, and Hawaii. Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
Vienstil offers free shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is placed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 4:00 PM (GMT-6), or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Carriers
We ship orders within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your delivery address, the items ordered, carrier availability, and the most efficient available shipping route.
All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this tracking information to follow the progress of your delivery.

If your tracking information does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment in their system.
Packaging
All Vienstil orders are carefully packaged to help protect your items during transit. Blazers, dresses, and jackets are packed to minimize creasing, and shoes are shipped in their original boxes whenever applicable.
If the outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your item is intact, this is generally not cause for concern. If the item itself arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vienstil.com so we can assist you.
Taxes & Duties
For deliveries within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state tax laws.
No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic US orders.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vienstil.com or via our website chat.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Vienstil is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping, handling, or re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered, the carrier may return it to us. Undeliverable packages may occur due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier.
If your package is returned to us, please contact support@vienstil.com so we can review the situation and assist you with the next steps.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, high shipment volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking details. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@vienstil.com and we will help investigate the shipment status.
